Good to see you posting again, We've missed you out here. I bought a scale similar to this around a year and a half ago, and love the app it comes with. I have been semi- serious from time to time, but finally found small changes that have helped me gradually begin losing, (about fifteen lbs in seven months) and have been able to track stuck like body water and muscle mass going up and BMI and body fat going down. It's a process. Glad you're back posting!
