Exercise is bad for your brain, it removes the good stress that reinforces learning. By taking your mind off your problems, you approach it with a more naive mindset, and become more likely to search for mini-escapisms to 'procrastinate'.

Just watched this with my daughter (aged 6) and son (aged 4) to show them what hard work and dedication looks like, I mean they are only in kindergarten and primary school here but it’s good to teach them early how to work hard. All they got from the video was playing video games, the London Eye and lying on the sofa. They have a long way to go! 😂

My first final exam is on friday and my last one is on the 19th, I feel pretty motivated and I’ve been studying for over a month now so the last days before the exam I’ve gone over everything I’ve needed to. I really don’t want my hard work to be in vain (really scared of that). Wish me luck!

I always feel exhausted and annoyed by the time finals come around so I feel your pain! But I love the idea of “not thinking just doing” because I always talk my self out of working when I think about how much I don’t want to do it. Good luck on finals everyone!

Aghhh i'm so so so stressful i'm 20 and my university exam is 57 days later (which is my third try to get in) and i feeling i have nothing in my brain, i can't study like i should. You are helping me so much in this journey for 2 years, when i watching your videos i feeling so productive even i don't study. I've been watching this guy since 10th grade. Whenever I don't feel like studying, I'd head unto this channel, watch a few vlogs and I would feel better. It made me excited about entering college (though it wasn't as easy as I thought it was and had multiple breakdowns because entering college was like a huge culture shock to me). I was a slacker back in high school but watching his vlogs taught me to maximize my productivity, and eventually, I was able to discover my real potential. Fast forward now, I'm only a few months away until my year 2 in college. I wanted to go to med school but I thought that fate leads to law school.
Watching Kharma Medic felt like I was watching one my favorite childhood cartoons. It makes me contemplate about my life and how I planned it all out during the times that I was just a teenager. I went from someone who stays up all night to cram months of learning for an exam tomorrow to someone who uses her time wisely, works out, has a routine and knows how to keep up with the pace no matter how hard it is. Growing up, a lot of things have changed since high school but some things don't, and I think it's the inspiration, comfort, and lifelong learnings that I'll continue to absorb from this channel. Thank you :)

I graduated from medical school in South Africa in 2017. Our finals were intense. We called it hell week - ALL of our surgical blocks in 1 week, Two 3 hour exams per day OSCE + Theory exams. Well done and goodluck. I have left clinical medicine and now run healthcare companies but the lessons learnt in medical school will stay with me forever.

Just took my exam today to get my dialysis technician license, the first of many exams I will have to take on my journey going into med school. I love how your videos help with building healthy study habits as I never needed to study through high school.

Just like you I probably need to study pre-med before I can get into medical school( I am applying for Uni in December) and I have been in a really bad place recently knowing that I can’t get into medical school because of my grades in a normal way that people do in the UK, but this video definitely changed my mood!

LMAO. im in engineering and i literally got 99 wcing on fucking MAGIC logs at 20k exp an hour. it truly put into perspective how much time i was at my desk in my room studying and it definitely was scary. however just like anything else, work hard now, ball later xD
