Hello Homeworthy ~ I have read all the comments thus far and adding my 2 cents. People need to understand when watching youtube, these ladies offer up their homes for tours for all to enjoy. Really, if you can't say something good that compliments the hostess, then you should say nothing. If you don't like something, keep it to yourself. I appreciate anyone who gives us all a free tour! Some comments are hurtful...turn them around if it were you. I loved her home and the key word here is HER home. Some who are jealous really shows here. So she is very successful, she worked hard to get there I'm sure. Thank you for allowing us in your home and thank you Homeworthy. I for one enjoy each video I watch and take something away from each.

She has an amusing dry sense of humor and seems pretty down to earth despite the fact that she lives in a gorgeous custom home. Also she didn’t drop names of every single fabric, wall covering, etc like so many others do. Great house, comfortable and beautiful. More cow bell!😂

I get the impression she has the biggest most fabulous and over-the-top personality that she’s covering up in this tour. Definitely a gal you want on your party list. Her home is WONDERFUL! So much to look at but nothing seems to fight for attention but rather creates a sophisticated yet comfortable space.
Both Cathy's home and personality were delightful. Her comments about her family were honest and funny, especially about there being spaces where they could get away from each other. Truly, a well designed home!
I had the same reaction. She seems like an interesting person, not what you would expect from the person who owned that home! And so amazingly talented. I think she would be a hoot to have a martini with! :)
I love books but when people put 100 books on a coffee table it's a mystery where you lay your drink plus it looks tacky and trashy. But your patterned tuffted chairs are beautiful. Thanks

The amount of comments on this post by clueless people is astonishing. How disheartening. This lady is absolutely DELIGHTFUL, as is her home. I would love to spend a day with her there, asking her one million questions. You hit it out of the park with this one! Will have to watch again for sure.
Never been excited to put my kids to bed and eat a value pack of M&M’s and watch HomeWorthy. All the house are so unique and full of of individuality. Unlike any other home tours in CZcams.

This home is so divinely beautiful!!! It’s almost like a year-round hotel stay… A really nice hotel stay. The eclectic patterns, traditional style, and the hospitable personality of the home owner is simply DIVINE 🤍✨
I love the mismatched furniture. She is a genius at putting different patterns together and making it look cohesive.
My tip for using a single fabric on walls and upholstery is "you better love it". This designer has an endless supply of $$$$. She can afford to experiment with $300.00 per yard Michael Smith fabric. That being said the rooms are a feast for the eyes. I love the bold use of multiple pattern in each room. Would love to see her publish a book.
She is hilarious! After 4 kids I love that she’s given herself her own lounge and her princess bed! I’m sure her husband loves her! All I can say is wow to this home!

I'm a maximalist also but live in a small space so I have to limit myself tremendously. Love looking at these homes where they encompass that style. I always wonder though, do they have someone to come in and clean (dust).

A warm, kind, and sweet woman, nothing pretentious. she humbly shows us her fabulous home bringing us into her every day life as well.
There will never be a 'cramped' room in these spacious rooms. even the mix of patterns soften the room instead of becoming overwhelming. She truly knows How to use patterns and color to her advantage.
the custom floor plan is large and spacious, every room a gem that sparkles with natural light. The large windows were strategically placed to let in let in light but not the Texas blast of blaring sun. Excellent planning and nicely appointed house. Thank you for sharing!!
The house was beautiful, but the hostess captured my interest even more with her honesty and witty remarks about family life. There were so many of these moments, I watched the episode twice and laughed again and again. Thank you!

I love these home tours, but what’s with all the TX homes? Would be lovely to see more content from the New York area again, or some other metro where home owners don’t get 4,000 square feet to decorate. I enjoy the decorating skills of silks who have to be more creative in the effective utilization of space - it’s more realistic.
This is one of my most favourite of all time so far on the entire channel.. and I really mean that. This place has blown me out of the water. It’s like my dream home! (Next to Tony Duquettes house).

Thank you for sharing your lovely home, I live in Melbourne Australia and have recently inherited two 1940s/ 50s couches and chairs that despite my husband’s wish to send them to the tip are so unique I knew someone would love them. They are downstairs in our basement dying for a new home. Very similar to your ones but the couches are so unusual. I was inspired that I had made the right decision after seeing your use of old chairs.

The level of detail in her home is stunning, she is so amazingly talented. It's like a work of art! I just love the cupboards in the kitchen and marble countertop as well as the wallpaper in the primary bedroom and mudroom. Wow!!

Love ❤ love ❤ the house and her style ……but here are my amateur improvements ….she’s right it feels spacious because of the 3 walls of light but the main rooms lack any furniture height , I like a room to hug me and 3 walls of glass don’t hug you. Also the bar room has far to much light - alcohol doesn’t like light …love the couches and armchairs but the big cushions don’t welcome me to sit. Also I don’t like too many coffee table books …I like books people read. The end

I wish the tours included the lighting as well. I love the lights hanging in her lounge, it would've been nice to know more about them. This is the second tour where I love the lighting in the lounge but they never mention them😫

The placement and juxtaposition of the fox photograph in her ultra feminine room was very interesting.
I decided to read up on David Yarrow because the fox, chicken thing was alarming to me. Turns out he has been in trouble for exploiting animals by conservation groups in the past:(((

It's a gorgeous home and I love the proportions of the rooms, amount of light, etc. but I tend to agree with you on the styling of some of the furniture, etc. It reminded me of Tim Gunn on Project Runway when designers would have multiple things going on in the same outfit - edit, edit, edit...that doesn't mean make it look washed out/boring but most people need to be able to rest their eyes somewhere throughout the space...
