The sims 3 Modern House Speed Building

This is my first upload so please be kind with the comments if its not so good.
I writed in the start of the movie there will be some lagg, but when i published the movie it wasnt any lags at all, dont know if it will lag when now.
The house is my first house i ever upload on the sims so i want to know if it is good enough and if i get pretty many wiews and comments i will make more, and maybe if someone requests i can upload to thesims3.com or something.
