It looks to me like the bend in the one side was intentional. If it were straightened out, that side would be too long for the pin to close correctly.
Logan looks so needy. I have an old necklace with a blue glass stone in silver tone similar to the necklace and bracelet you showed. Mine has a filigree frame around the stone. They are probably from the same era. This was a fantastic group! ❤

The tiffany is not real and you can purchase the knock off at the swap meet in San Diego for a really expensive price. Also, China town in NYC. I could keep going but knock off market is terrible. The Real Real / Etsy sell fakes online. The markings and color/ style are all wrong. Sorry
