HOW TO change the disc on a cheap BENCH SANDER LINISHER Ryobi

I've had this cheap Ryobi Bench Sander since 2017 when I won it as a prize, it's been a fantastic unit but I had never replaced the disc. I found the user manual and it said NOTHING about changing the disc.
So I hit record and dived into it, this is the result.
TL:DR; I strip the old original sanding disc and replace it with a new 'Hook & Loop' pad so I can now replace the sanding dic easy peasy!
