There are many cases where gov had to fight for its land against waqf board and the common man won't even stand a chance. Our ancestors at least had a right to fight for their land even if they had lost it. Now, they can claim anything without even a fight and we only have the right to remain silent. There is no need to fight they just can claim anything.
