I love them myself. So good. I know some people don’t like sour though. That’s why I love making things homemade though. We can control how much of any spice is in what you make so if you don’t like it that sour, just put less citric acid

Any difficulty with mold using real fruit juice?
Do they melt at all over time?
You have you keep them in the refrigerator because they really don’t like moisture but beyond that they would be good for a week or 2

I have. I did it once. The rules are a little stringent about home baking businesses where I live so i ended up calling it quits but I hope to try it again soon. I may be moving across country later this year so maybe I can try again after that. But thank you so much. I'm so glad you enjoy!
How much pectin did up add, or does it make much of a difference? I never tried sour candy before. Great video
