    What about for problems you get wrong in b/b, c/p? If I do the section bank/UWorld and get a problem wrong, should I add it to my anki deck? Thanks!!

      That's something I did myself when studying for the exam actually! I found it was a lot more efficient than keeping a written journal or Excel sheet. So, I guess my short answer is yes, definitely!
