Esoteric Christianity

Often when researching the hermetic secrets of our past and present, we tend to skip the contributions from the Christian Church. Other times when researching Christianity much of which is written is opinions of the sages on the legitimacy of church dogma and practices. This talk revolves around some of the esoteric secrets that are concealed within the workings of the Church’s rites, and dogma. I will discuss the knowledge or gnosis that the Church Fathers so feared but at the same time perpetuated throughout the centuries.
Ill. Ted Balestreri is a 33° Scottish Rite Mason and was Master of Beaverton #100 in 2009. Ted is one of the three co-founders of Esoterika Lodge #227, and a member of Research Lodge #198, and Corvalis Lodge #14. He served as Grand Orator of The Grand Lodge of Oregon in 2020. As a Shrine Mason, one of his privileges is to serve on the Board of Governors for Shrine Hospital for Children, in Portland Oregon, and he is the Scottish Rite Orient Chairman of Masonic Education. He has authored six books including two on the Kabbalah, one on Rosicrucian Secrets, and philosophical book on the Soul, and one on God.
