- Prince William has shared how he maintains his mental health while hosting a forum for young people to mark World Mental Health Day.
The royal said humour and "having a laugh" were important to him, as well as putting down screens to spend time with friends and family.

I love how easily the young people accept and interact with the Wales's. Teenagers do not easily trust or relate to older people. To notice how easily they do, speaks volumes about both Prince William and Princess Catherine. It is also clear that they are well prepared and know what they want to achieve. These young people will walk away from this event as enriched individuals who hopefully will apply the knowledge to their lives and carry the message to friends and families.
