Angle flying - The correct slots

In this Video I discus the correct slots and levels of flying in angle formations. I also discus at large the various habits people have and the way they progress through different techniques, the "right" and "wrong" techniques. I go through this for the back flying positions as well as the belly flying positions, how to turn, how to stop ect.
