This is a local monitoring view on your mobile phone...it's not an online view mode from internet. he's using a wifi router which having the same IP address. (local network)
CP PLUS DVR was connected on the same network together with his phone that's why he can able to view the camera... in this case no internet needed...

this will work like charm 1 thing he forgot to mention that after doing the setting on your mobile you have to connect to the same wifi of your router where you have configured! or else it will not work! as the data is not transfered to the INTERNET thus without connecting to the same wifi it will not work!

Check ur DVR is Online and do delete the mobile previous setting and set a new setting as per DVR IP address or instaon

आप लोगों से चिट कर रहें है, क्योंकि dvr में ऑनलाइन तभी दिखायेगा जब राऊटर को कहीं से इंटरनेट मिल रहा हो और राऊटर उस इंटरनेट को रिपीट कर रहा हो, अन्यथा dvr राऊटर के कनेक्ट होने के बाउजूद भी offline ही दिखायेगा। हाँ offline में भी dvr का view देखा जा सकता है प्ररन्तु आप एक बार DHCP में टिक कर अप्लाई करने के बाद फिर से स्टेटिक में न करें और dhcp मोड जो ip दिखा रहा है उसे ही gcmob एप्प पर भी डालें।
Sir jab se gcmob update huwa hai.. Dobara configure करने पर कुछ दिन बाद अपने आप user locked दिखाना शुरू हो जाता है.. उसको uninstall करके dobara install karna padta hai... Please solve........
