A small tribute to the erudite bard, Kobiguru Rabindranath Thakur. As we celebrate his 160th birth anniversary, it amazes me how he had composed a song for almost all emotions and situations. This song, which literally translates to "Let peace rain on Earth", couldn't be more apt, given our situation. A song composed in the Summer of 1884, it amazes me to see how it's relevance still holds. My sincerest pranaam to the legend and his legacy. A small tribute to him, from the safety of our homes. Praying for the speedy retreat of the pandemic and let peace and happiness be restored to our lives again.
