Love Nakano getting some attention, i used to live there for 2 years. Nakano`s mostly famous for it's anime/game shopping paradise but it's a great neighborhood for food & drinks, live music, 2nd hand camera shopping and it's got some good parks to chill. Easy to walk from Nakano to Koenji/Shin-Koenji or even Asegaya which are also particularly good neighborhood's. Have been to the Whiskey's burger bar many times before, there used to be another bar like it called Womb but it closed down during the pandemic.
Nakano looks like a really cool spot. We stayed in Koenji on our last trip and wanted to check out Nakano but didn't find the time. Do you have any other whisky bars you could recommend from your insider knowledge? 👍
