Cardinal and Elder Andersen Enjoy Sacred Choir Concert

- Elder Neil L. Andersen of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and his wife, Kathy, and Jose Cardinal Advincula, Archbishop of Manila attended the interfaith concert by the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square at the University of Santo Tomas Quadricentennial Pavilion in Manila, Philippines on Sunday, February 25, 2024.
The concert marks beginning of the choir's "Hope" World Tour in Manila.
Elder Andersen and the Archbishop speak of the power of music and of its influence as the viewer hears the renowned Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square.
Highlights also include the performance by the choir to Manila's distinguished business leaders on Saturday, February 24, 2024.
My father fought under General Mac Arthur, during World War II. He was a ball turret gunner on a B24 Liberator. Dad passed away in 2011. He would be very happy to see peace and the Tabernacle Choir singing in Manila. It was a very trying time for many people, back then.

Tabernacle choir became the USA ambassadors to our country in Asia. True we have so much in common than our differences. The more reason our ancestors were so moved by the sufferings in other countries and offered the whole islands a safe haven for those that are persecuted. Thank you Tabernacle choir for your heavenly songs.

The way they speak as if a religious, spiritual, human reckoning has been deteriorating for a while and this is bigger than us as a people, good with virtues and back to living in Gods eyes, with open hearts and to not be living in the "there is no God" world and being of virtue and faith is not needed to be a human anymore. Thats the 'God vs Evil" truth and to actually hear it is so sad but amazing to bring it all together in faith. I love it... Thank you ❤️
