We went looking for a basic, voice-piano-guitar chords sheet. We failed. Such a document perhaps exists on a Mandarin language site we can not read. We did find digital sheet music for an advanced piano solo arrangement from:

Our problem is that the voice entrances are not preceded by rests, and voice sustains are covered up with piano notes. We get by. Perhaps, with these 4 pages of notes, you can extract the string quartet arrangement by ear.
