Me: I have got my clothes on my older self still don't I mature enough Hartnell: Finn we are the same person for crying out loud and we are related too 😊
I love the first doctor, there's such a warmth and glow to his incarnation; he's an inquisitive scientist, a soft-hearted grandfather, a mischevous child, all these things. It's such shame he's just remembered as the "grumpy one"
"Yes, I made some cocoa and got engaged." No matter what anyone says about Gatwa's flirtatious nature, let it be known the Doctor has always known how to pull. 😘
5:28 “Yes I made some cocoa, and got engaged” Such a 10th Doctor thing to say, coming from the 1st Doctor. Guess we can all see where 10 got his tendencies 😂.
Being watching through his era for the first time it is slowly becoming one of my favourites, it actually feels like they are adventuring i don't get that feeling with new doctor who episodes anymore.
Peter Purves' overly-enthusiastic Texan character on the Empire State Building is a great laugh, unless you read the novelisation of The Chase. After seeing the TARDIS crew come and go, and then seeing the Dalek time machine come and go as well, he tries to tell the building staff about what he saw - and when he keeps insisting that he saw what he saw, is locked away in a mental institution for the rest of his life...
@@bookwormat5418 It was a filler episode and they accidentally ended up on a Hollywood set filming a movie set in the middle east. The first doctor proclaims "this is a mad house and it's full of Arabs" Yeah
The First Doctor actually feels really young "OH SO YOU WANT TO FIGHT DO YOU?" proceeds to start throwing hands like a hooligan.
Everyone gets the 1st Fixture
Doctor wrong, he's only a stodgy old man some of the time, often he's a chaos gremlin
@@cacampbell1989 agreed, he may be ornery but he sure is fun
"Doctor, we've still got our clothes on!"
"Well, I should hope so, dear boy!"

Hartnell: Finn we are the same person for crying out loud and we are related too 😊
1:26 The Doctor has ingested 40 Benadryls and has gone completely bonkers
William Hartnell analog horror
The producers: No! We can't have Hartnell's face in the intro. It'll be too scary.
Also the producers 1:26
'that other awful noise'

In my culture we have a saying that the older you are the more "child like" you become... and First Doctor EMBODIES that!

I suppose it's inevitable that a video like this would be Web Planet-heavy.
Even with context... that story is... well, it's something.
The Chase as well
@@alicec1533 I can't bring myself to hate that one despite how dull it can be sometimes, it's atmosphere is so eerie and night-like
"Oooo, so you want to fight, do you?" That always cracks me up😄
YESS I WAS HOPING TO SEE THE DALEKS CHANTING TARDIS IN HERE!
Really though, the daleks are absolutely ridiculous these early seasons, I love them
Doctor Who episodes be silly asf then have one shot like 1:26
Fax
No “take them to the security kitchen?!”
Steven's closing remark really sums up this video really well.
I fought them all! Now I am the master!
*Goblin Laugh*
They mentioned the Master before he even existed
"i THINK YOU BETTER LET US GO": 1st doctor
7:57. “Of course!” 😂😂
"Oh I'm certain I said the wrong thing"
"No don't worry Barbara, everything YOU could have said would have been wrong"

7:45 TARDIS TAR↗DIS TARDIS↘ TARDIS↗ T↗ARDIS TARDIS
Doctor, he said the tardis!
This is a perfect out of context video.
Best Doctor who thumbnail I ever seen in my life
1:05
WHAT THE F-
1:25 I don't remember this scene!
Yeah I seriously need to know where this demonic Hartnell snippet is from. I'm assuming not a complete serial?
I get the feeling I've seen it somewhere before
Daleks' Master Plan Ep. 5, part of the molecular dissemination sequence
They gave William Hartnell lsd and just kept filming

the cat cliffhanger was always going to be in my out of context video should I ever decide to make it lol
What? 3:07
I remember the scene with the terranium
4:27 who the hell is that? :D
The actor who made it possible to have two First Doctors fighting each other in the same scene.
Hilliam Wartnell
0:14 what episode is that??
The Ark
Bravo!
1:26 What epsiode is that from?
The Daleks' Master Plan episode 5
And this doesn't even include the obscenely racist remark from Feast of Steven😭
Oh god I never saw that one what happened
In more acceptable wording, ofc
