Please bro. This kid found his sound. You will too. Most of these people getting endorsement deals are talented, yes, but can they wright a perfect vocal melody to the perfect chord progression? Be a writer, not a showboat. Consider John Prine, Chris Stapleton, Tom Petty. The WORLD Will remember them.
@@122Music1 Different skill sets. Give props where props are due. Calling him a showboat truly denigrates not only his prodigious ability but the fact that he is also an excellent performer. He did a little more than find his sound. The countless hours it took to gain that technic and develop those arrangements deserves respect. I have to say, you sound a little jealous. Either that, or you have a limited sense of what great music is. I'm primarily a songwriter. I've written with Grammy Award winning and nominated songwriters in Nashville and LA. Every one of them I know would seriously love what this kid is doing. Also if you're going to talk about the superiority of writing a great song, you should probably spell the word WRITE properly.
I feel like this player is amazing but I need to hear a some slower playing to pick out the sound of this pickup system more because in this video even though I like the player I'm not a fan of the pickups because I don't think it sounds that organic but how they described it I really like the idea behind it
Am I the only person who thinks Marcin is extremely overrated? Technical and skilled AF, but imho lacks musicality. It's like there is no thought to his arrangements other than speed, as much taps and flare and showmanship as possible, but not listening for things to go together. It all becomes noise that is not pleasant. Compare this to e.g. Luca Stricagnoli who taps, drums and does a million things simultaneously, but yet everything is harmony and sounds beautiful. If Marcin learned to go for harmony and "less is more" he would easily be one of the absolut best musicians out there.
