Are you running thru an amp or directly to a interface? Because on all the pedal reviews i've watched, they only showcase on how good the pedal was but never mention the amplifier they used on the video so i think the Amp is also important.

is see no reason why it shouldnt be good for that. Only the impedance of line level could degrade the sound quality, but i guess it´s ok for that

Help me decide!! I am not a big delay guy, I currently own an hx stomp and want an external delay pedal. So I am choosing between this or dd500.

I would say, if you are not a big delay guy, go for this. The dd 500 might just be overkill.
