  • Happy Easter to all my Orthodox folks out there! In this video, I am having my family over after church for roasted lamb. The whole process took about 3.5 hours, and the only seasoning I put on the lamb was salt. I cooked it directly over a bed of coals, adding more coals right before pulling the lamb off to give it a nice color, and make the skin crispy. Although I didn't have the plates to hold the back to the spit, the lamb still came out absolutely delicious! The skin was nice and crispy on the outside, and the meat was so juicy and tender on the inside. I can't wait to do it again!

Interesting video but it looks disgusting and I would never eat a lamb roasted or charcoal. Lame taste nasty in the first place I want to roast a pig or a chicken or beef or something. What’s next are you going to roast goat

Goat is the most eaten meat I. The world. Also, if you had bad tasting lamb maybe you should educate yourself on how to cook it, or learn what types of lamb can have a "gamey" taste.
