We love watermelon too, my husband especially. Some years ago I taught him how to use the melon baller so I don't need to deal with it anymore! Lol! :D
Great tips! For the purpose mentioned at 2:17 , I just cut the melon in half and grab an ice cream scoop. It is a lot of fun for the little ones to help without the danger of a sharp edge and it's a lot easier to scoop than actual frozen ice cream. Thanks for all of your great tips!
Without having watched the video, I'm guessing sticks. It's what I did before and my fav way to eat them. Literally "Love at First Bite"!

Wow-you made cutting cubes of watermelon 🍉 a breeze. I was cutting them into curved pieces and trying to cut it like a cantaloupe. Very hard. It was slipping all over. This way you have shared on your video is a breeze and has helped me enjoy cutting this monster of a fruit. 😁. Thank you!!

There is a way to make cubes with the popsicle ones. Do the popsicle looking one and cut the spears into cubes and take off the green crust

Recently I was down with Covid for over 3 weeks & found I couldn't drink anything cause it tasted awful, my doctor suggested trying to eat watermelon for the taste & liquid content but we ended up putting it in the blender so I could just drink it & that worked a whole lot better, I drank it until I was no longer sick & in fact still am drinking it but this will probably be the last watermelon til next year. It's absolutely alot better drinking it especially with the nice slight sweetness of the watermelon.

Freeze watermelon sticks?
I saved the plastic sticks from editable arrangements stuck them into the watermelon sticks for the kids. Im wondering about possibly freezing them for a cold summer treat.

Dani, what is the best way to store it for a couple of days if you are the only eating the watermelon or you live alone?

Thank you, very much appreciated,I bought a watermelon from Aldi and one from Walmart and one from a grocery store and they were all bad, gave them to the racoons, usually I will put it in the blender if it's not a good one,but wasn't worth it,I'm trying again,and if this one isn't good,I'm done for the season.

The yellow patch is just the shade of being on the ground and never receive the sunlight. There is no clue to follow to know how sweet is ….until you opened 😩😩😩
