It is not the govt. responsibility to provide Rs. 5 lac healthcare benefit to the poor families OR to provide gas connections to women OR to make roads in rural areas OR to provide electricity connections to poor households who haven't seen electricity since 1947 OR to give free hand to army to neutralize terrorists OR to make Indians feel proud on every international platform.
