    Duckworth Arms, Whalley Road - Tied House owned by J W Lees & Co. (Brewers) Ltd, Greengate Brewery, Lees Street, Middleton, Greater Manchester. Founded by John Lees at Middleton Junction in 1828. The brewhouse was rebuilt about 50 years later. Registered in 1936 to acquire J W Lees & Co. Reconstructed company registered November 1955.
    2020/2021 - Closed for most of the year because of the Covid Pandemic.
