Bonus tips from a fellow beginner: -If you struggle with hitting the starting 4 shots this level is going to suck, I'm sorry. After many hours this is my method: Don't wait after firing to see if your shots hit, flick the moment you're accurate. Line up the first barrel shot before you grab the ascend. You then have a surprising amout of time to flick to the second barrel so try to be accurate. Like Loki said, the vending machine is incredibly inconsistent but I did realize the machine is shorter than I thought so aim low on the wall. The 4th shot you can delay a ton, you don't have to shoot the moment you're around the pillar like Loki said. If you prefer a more definitive target you can line up the shot just below the enemy poking above the wall. And that will hit the barrel every time. -Even though I can't speak for the easy route since I jumped to the harder one I highly recommend you try that one instead. **Hard route strats only** -I found it awkward to jump forward before firing on the 2nd barrel launch and just jumped in place instead, don't do this. You lose way more time than you think and turning to hit the barrel shot while rising is way easier than it looks. -You'll want to be quick shooting the guardian barrel so you can turn away, surprising amount of timeloss if you're slow here. The faster you're then able to snipe the next barrel the more time you get to spam the guardian, the more the better but I'd say you want 5 hits at minimum. -The range you pickup the stomp is surprisingly small so try to get a feel for what you can get away with. I'd recommend trying to get double-click-then-hold as your muscle memory here so you're spraying the enemies asap. If you do the hard route this level is easily the least beginner friendly one yet, though I imagine beginner one sucks too. Resetting the start over and over for missed shots before finally hitting all of them, then looking over to see the vending machine just ate your bullet is a miserable experience. That combined with all the timesave being at the end means you basically can't practice and get speedrun attemps at the same time. If the community ever decides to change some of the medal times put this one at the top of the list.
