If u can't handle long nail life, just say that. I work in food service, cook to be exact, with my "super-long" nails and I'm STILL faster and more efficient than my co-workers who all happen to be men with bitten nails. I've changed a tire AND a car battery with my digit extenders, text all the time, use my laptop perfectly fine... I can even wipe my ass! The fact that I felt the need to criticize someone nail length choices, which btw have exactly ZERO affect on u and ur life, just shows how much time u have on ur nubby, no nails havin, hands.

Absolutely beautiful set. So soft and cozy looking. I can't get the hang of sweater nails. I bought a jar of acrylic from Sally's Beauty specifically for these embossed type of designs, and my nails always look grainy after I pour the acrylic on and cure, but maybe I'll try with glitter. 🤔 You make these designs look so easy though, and I can't wait to order some of your bling boxes! Beyond stunning crystals, I swear! 😍
Hey Kayla! If your acrylic sugaring looks grainy, it's likely that you aren't using a thick enough layer of gel polish underneath. The gel polish needs to kinda soak up the acrylic powder. Try doing a little thicker gel polish (not so thick it won't cure), and allow the acrylic powder to sit for a minute before curing. Hope this helps you!!

Quick question, and possibly a weird request: could you upload a video of you applying hard gel in real time, to just one or two nails, so I have a more realistic sense of how much time you spend building just one, with every time you stop to cure left in? Watching so many of your videos makes me feel like I'm suuuper slow (and I'm sure I am!) but I think I'd be more forgiving of myself if I watched the meticulousness and care you take with your own application.

I have just caught this video & was SO hooked, that I instantly subscribed. I have maybe a couple of questions & even to me they sound strange. As the only gel products that I do have are my builder gel, top & base coat. Which would work for making the sweater pattern? Plus, I have small pots of dipping powders. Would theses work for for sugaring as well? As you can tell, I'm just starting out in doing something with my nails other than just polishing them. As I said earlier, the only gel that I do have are my builder, top & base coats. I do have close to a hundred bottles of regular polish, as I'm comfortable with those.

hey hun so you can definitely use the top coat and pour your colors dipping powders on top and then cure. that’ll work just as good.
