Every time someone asks about restrictions, it should worry the person that the question is coming from a lack of faith. It's more of you and less of God.
What a beautiful teaching. I wish my Priest had the “time” to offer teachings like this. Thank you Father.
Wonderful homily’. Thank you!

I will pray for you. Your comment would be easier to read if you used punctuation and didn’t capitalize every word. I’m curious as to why people adopt this practice. It leads to destruction of the language.
Cool!
Also, I was always told that the symbolism of a long nose in icon means that one was prayerful, with the long nose symbolizing that they can smell the incense of prayer.

I would like to go to a Byzantine Catholic Church once to see the difference with the Latin rite. But I cannot even convince my wife to go to English mass instead of our Spanish mass. Spanish has nice songs but my smallest child does not know Spanish.
In his talk, he says that St Ephrem the Syrian originally wrote the Hail, Holy Queen/Salve Regina? I’ve never heard this before, and a quick Google search brings up nothing.
