You have a keen eye for color and your quilts are very beautiful! Quilting has been my hobby and my personal form of mental therapy for over 55 years. It sounds like it's your therapy as well. Keep up the fabulous work!
Thank you for your story . I am also legally blind since birth and I am a quilter.i sew most every day .God has blessed me with plenty of fabric from friends . I have sent them to many countries and in many places all around my area .with Gods help we can do what he needs us to do .
As a quilter, I know how I struggle sometimes trying to get seams to meet so I can’t even imagine what she is going through being legally blind. But what an inspiration! I have some blurriness due to some vision problems and struggle with that as it is and hope and pray that I can continue quilting for many more years. Thank you so much for this inspirational story. Also as an adoptive parent, I am so grateful that she was able to be adopted by some wonderful people and obviously have phenomenal grandparents also. It sounds like she has been greatly blessed. And was obviously put in the right foster home at the right time.❤
I felt so bad for taking 2 years and then 20 months with my first ever two hand sewn memory/photo/story quilts. Then I hear 7 years and I think, what absolute love and dedication. ❤️ such a wonderful inspiration.
This lady is so amazing and her quilts are beautiful! I’m so impressed as a novice quilter and she has encouraged me with her determination. She is so talented!
Bless your heart Sharon! You are an inspiration to others and a courageous, beautiful person. Thank you for sharing your work.

Did they say the reporters name is Hunter Funk? Why would anyone do that to a child? And yes, this lady‘s quilts are awesome.
Sorry I can’t come to her name at the moment but she sells this and many other patterns on line.
Hey please give credit to the original designer of this quilt.
