Everytime I hear little joe oldies reminds me when my dad took us to the chicano festival in Houstom the King of The Brown Sound owned the stage. I was in 9 and all the way to 15 we went every year it was the only time I ever seen my dad so happy HE WORSHIPPED LITTLE JOE and today I still jam to his music for my dad...those memories will never be lost

I grew up listening to Little Joe Johnny y Los Lantineres. Watching the family Gramps and Grammy Mom and Dad, Aunts and Uncles getting ready to go see them in concert. I even went to see him in concert at the Mariachi restaurant in Tustin, CA. Definitely a legend in his own right!

Nobody but no one does arrangements like Little Joe, anyone can sing an old song but to change the arrangement and make it better and into a hit is not easy. I’m sure Jose Alfredo, Pedro Infante and a lot of vintage singers would be proud. I’m a former musician. He is the king of Tejano. There will be Little Joe for many years to come.
