I've taken every "Temporary Incident Management" classes on line (Tennessee) and I've learned a lot. But it's good to see how operators such as yourself do the actual work. Securing the vehicle later, after you off the highway, is an authorized procedure. Smart too. Thanks for the videos.

Yah I have a ton of good tips tricks & stuff check em out i usually just laso the wheels with one strap mini j strap or chain to control arms but I will be looking to get some 4 points here soon and I’ll shoot it up!
Yes but then I would have to go in my tool box grab a ratchet strap and ratchet the hook it tighten it down big chain hook is the fastest way period to get of the highway safety!
I do the same thing on highways...1 chain or strap down and tell my customers to stand over the rail or in the grass and get gone to the next exit and then strap the rest of tires down!
Great videos, I watched a few of them. I noticed you not wearing your seatbelt. I hope you buckle up, so you can keep towing, and making videos. Keep safe out there.
How about some leather gloves to wear so when you enter a customers car you don’t get grease or anything on the interior also just use skates ..I would carry that soap to wash my hands!lol

Just sinch that back right tire down get off the road or tire strap the front one. Least that's what I do on freeway calls up in Washington state. Stay safe and well out there man. Love your vids and I learn a good amount watching as a fellow rollback/flatbed driver. Stay safe tow brother
As the car comes up to you have a chain ready to grab a tow slot up front. Chain it off to the truck real quick. You pulled away with the car still in neutral solely relying on a j hook and the winch line.
If it ain’t got keys or if it’s not unlocked and there’s no one around to let me in I drag it I use dish soap to shake the vehicle off if I can’t get in the car
Times have changed, skates didnt exist yet so we used antifreeze way back time. I like dish the soap method. Nothing more dangerous than an interstate pickup with no police assistance or a spotter. Happy hooking stay safe.

On the rear of the Equinox, you could have used the mini-j hook and gone into the slot in front of the rear wheel instead of the rear control arm.

I carry a empty DEF bottle with flex neck, full of water and about a 1/2 cup of soap, so when I need it, it's shake and pour and go

Yes that’s rated at 8k lbs I’ll be fine! I trust that winch line and j hook more than any thing in the world!
Why not put the vehicle back in park and apply the parking brake when done loading?
Sure there’s all kinds of ways to do it like I always say do what works for you!

Maybe 2 chains 1 strap on front regardless neutral or not

it’s strapped in and for some reason power loss or shifter lock comes on save ton of time No override or jump pack just roll and go! 💪🪝
