How to make the ultimate Creamy Mashed Potatoes the easy way!

Creamy mashed potatoes make the perfect side dish for all ocassions! Be it Thanksgiving, Christmas, or just a cozy steak night at home, this easy and quick recipe for mashed potatoes will surely have your guests asking for seconds and thirds!
4 medium potatoes, peeled, rinsed, and cut into cubes
1 tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder
5 tbsp butter, melted and hot
1/2 to 3/4 cup of warm heavy cream
Boil potatoes until fork tender. Drain in colander, and return to the pot immediately. We have to work quickly while the potatoes are very hot. Add butter, all the seasonings, and using an electric beater, start whisking up the potatoes till they are broken down, and smoother, approximately 2 minutes. Turn the heat on low. Add the warm heavy cream, and whisk for another 2 minutes. Serve immediately! Enjoy with steaks and gravy, grilled meats and roasted vegetables.

I've never mashed the potatoes with a hand mixer but that's a great idea to make them really creamy. Love this simple recipe. I love some good mashed potatoes 😋
