The fact he started social media at 8 years old explains a lot, it's crazy how blinded they become by the numbers and views. They seem to lack empathy and basic social etiquette and will do anything for attention.

This actually made me uncomfortable, the idea of someone of just entering you’re safe space where your loved ones are and you have to calmly de-escalate and get them to leave genuinely sounds horrifying and I think this guy needs to be looked into for trespassing

Yes. I've not worked in fast food directly. I've delivered bread to many and many times. But yes. Occasionally my dad needs help delivering bread and I've gone through the back in pedestrian clothes. It's not glamorous. It's hard work. And chaotic.
You have to move with purpose and be able to explain why you're there if you're asked. More often than not, nobody questions me. But that's because I have a specific task and they can verify me quickly because of a few words. Plus fast food trays are super greasy. The floors are greasy and slick too. The kids are lucky they didn't fall flat if they were wearing the wrong shoes.
It breaks my heart to see how vulnerable they are and the looks on their faces while being filmed without consent, almost like they’re expecting that kind of thing to happen, that guy is disgusting!!

It's such a stupid, bad thing to do - but I don't think (even jokingly) encouraging him to d1e is the best response. As a young Black man, it's very possible he could be shot for just _knocking_ on someone's door, let alone unlawfully invading.

The amount of distress this can cause vulnerable people especially. Like those with health conditions be it physical or mental. Being 8 months pregnant, if he came into my home I honestly would try to attack him with a weapon, I have to protect my children and I'm not in the best physical state due to pregnancy so I could easily be overpowered and that's a terrifying thought when my husband isn't here all the time. I wouldn't care if he said its a prank you're a stranger in my home and I'm scared you'll hurt me or my children. The stress of the situation can easily bring a person to need medical attention or in my case early labour. Absolutely disgusting.

McDonald's is a public space, and you're probably going to see that, especially in this day and age. However, going into someone's home is just wrong, I know it was "just a prank," but that can seriously mess someone up. A home is somewhere that someone should be able to feel safe, but if someone just wanders into your home like this.... "Mizzy" did, and the after-effects are probably going to be worse as the couple clearly had kids, so now they're worrying MORE about the safety of their children alongside the safety of themselves.
McDonald’s is not a public space. You’re still entering private premises. The rules you enter under are you buy the services on offer and you do so in the areas of the store permitted to customers. If not you’re asked to leave. If you don’t leave you’re still trespassing as it’s still private property.

I literally wont even go onto the porch/stoop of someone i dont know because of how aggressively people can react to unexpected people. So many moons ago, after hurricane Katrina I was working for a fast food company that was the first business to open after the disaster and someone decided to "prank" our location. They came in, wwalked to the back and started taking food that wasn't served yet and eating it. Social media wasn't really a thing yet, so I don't think they were filming it, they were just being assholes (I realize too they also could have just been hungry and had no money, but they intentionally made a big production of it, called attention to themselves and loudly kept saying it was a prank). We were the only place in the city to get food. Everyone eating there had either just lost everything they owned or was trying to help the people who had and most of the employees also were in a bad way. Anyway, it was a legitimately terrifying situation and we were all teenagers who were already stressed out and we had no idea what to do. A couple of employees and guests ended up in tears and near panic attacks. Fortunately we had some national guard members in the lobby that helped us clear the situation up. But for anyone who is thinking of pranking people who are just doing their job, I beg you, please don't. It's never funny. At best you're just an annoyance. At worst you could cause severe distress and get yourself or someone else hurt.
There’s a time and place for pranks, the aftermath of natural disasters is one of the worst times to do a prank.
