- When the Duke of Cambridge becomes the ruling monarch of the United Kingdom, his wife Catherine will inherit a royal title that differs slightly from that of her grandmother-in-law.
Kate will be named Queen consort when Prince William ascends the throne.
Since she joined the Royal Family Kate has followed in the Queen's footsteps, learning how to conduct herself at public engagements and being an ambassador for the UK. She has also taken over some of the patronages the Queen previously held, proving the Queen holds her in high esteem.

and then at some point charles will create him our 22nd Prince of Wales

Consort or not she's already fulfilling the role and a quick internet search would tell you that an English Rose is not limited to only women with fair complexion (not that Kate isn't aleeady fair-skinned) but also naturally attractive women which Kate DEFINITELY is and she's British so, she IS ABSOLUTELY an English Rose. Being called an English Rose has culturall reference to their British national flower which is the rose.

When I think of all the criticism she's received over the years while dating, marrying and then having her children within the RF, she has always been dignified, charming and appropriate. Prince William and his family are very lucky to have her.
She has received criticism and media scrutiny for years , people joked about her being nervous in almost every public speech she made , I remember a particular media who highlighted her shaking arm during a speech and it became a headline above the speech she made.
But she kept going to build her confidence and worked based on her passion and becoming more and more relaxed and enjoying doing her job.
Some people still make nasty comment about her including about her job that she only wears a nice dress, put on some make up, high heels, and smile , it's so demeaning but yet she kept raising .
I remember this channel who used to compared her to the new duchess but now a short yet great report are been made even with the narrative.
The UK and RF are lucky to have her .

She has had to deal with the press for years, even when she dated William. All That Waity Kaity nonsense and Duchess Dolittle when she was a newlywed. But she has proven That she is made of sterner stuff and has resilience. She has paid her dues and handled everything with dignity. Meghan couldn’t even cut it less than 2 years of marriage. (Whatever MM had from the press cannot equal the hatred Camilla got from the press and the world, and she is still there on the forefront with Charles. ) We have no worries with Catherine as the future Queen consort.

Meghan was an independent woman,a UN ambassador way before she met Harry.So it comes as no surprise that she got into the Royal Family and was quite unimpressed by what she found there.Not surprised they decided to leave.Harry has been hinting for years that he didn’t want that life.

While MM in late 30's, with two failed marriages already she was desperate to getting married unlike Kate that was very young at that time came from a very wealthy family, she had no rush.
William honored his mother wishes when asked him to not marry in a rush to not face a divorce like her.
