I dont know the best way to reach out but needed to share this story with you. My husband's grandmother is Japanese and came over to the USA in her 20s. Shes been here ever since living on the east coast. When we saw your soy sauce we already wanted it for ourselves, and when it arrived we decided to take some to her in the nursing home. We didn't have any sashimi, but brought rice and tried it with her for the first time together. When she tasted it she immediately shouted UMAI!! 😭💕 I wanted to share this story because your soy sauce has come so far and brought such joy to our family, we will definitely be ordering more!!

Never knew we could make soy sauce with brown sugar. I'd get one but I'm tight on the budget due to graduation requirements and paperworks but I'd try to get one when I could. Will be 23 coming this April and seeing you achieve so much when there's just a year or so of age gap inspires me to reach further for my goals. i wanted to go into pathology when i was younger, so these videos are very interesting to me. not only that, but seeing you try a bunch of different kinds of fish helps me with my food anxiety. since i'm watching someone prepare and eat something i have never tried, it makes it a lot less scary for me. thank you masaru!

Please don't think me as a weird person but I enjoy seeing your videos & virtually eating your dishes in my imagination(which I normally feel vomit sensation when I smell them + I don't eat and simply don't like them & I'm a religious person)
I don't know Japanese but I see your videos at full sound with captions and your expressions while detaily explaining the organs of the fish & giving reviews on the dishes are so so captivating & enjoyable.
When I saw your face becoming disappointed after the epic fail/fall, I couldn't help but laugh stupidly😂😂😅 and I think that you know you definitely couldn't lift that 32kg large fish on your own but you managed to carry it near to the truck that ended in epic fail/fall
