- Happy Sunday! In today's video, you get the real and raw experience of a teacher's daily routine throughout the week. Come with me to school and see how I plan for the day, what I do during planning, and after school. If you have questions, feel free to leave them down below! I hope to be open and transparent through my journey for soon-to-be teachers, inspiring teachers, and veteran teachers to know that they're not alone 👩🏫 👨🏫 ! 💛

Hey im in my junior intership in my senior year of the elementary ed program at ucf!! I know salary is a tough tooic but do you think i could live alone on a teacher salary in central Florida?
Hmm… great question! I definitely think this varies for each person. For example, do you already have a savings built up? What’s the cost of living in Central Florida like right now? (Down south has a CRAZY rental market🥲) Do you have any debts? & how much do new teachers get in the district you intend on applying for?
Teacher pay is definitely a tough topic but you have inspired me to talk about it in one of my upcoming videos!
Interesting fact… I just watched a news report on a teacher, in my county, who has been working for over 10 years (makes about $60,000) and is at the point where she had to move into a mobile trailer and can’t afford groceries at times… it’s unfortunate 🥺
@@theegenzteacher wow. Yeah I have no debts but not a lot of savings since I can't work much. But I'm planning on staying with my parents until a few months after I get my first teaching job that way I can save and see what I can afford. Did you get your masters too? if so, is it worth it? You don't have to answer all this if you're making a video on it I'm just wondering. I've seen apartments here like 1400+ ngl. I plan on going back to school to do school counseling or school psychology so hopefully I can still work in education but make a bit more.

@@notgonnaargue8986 Thank you for supporting my channel. Answering your questions are the least I can do. I’ll be glad to make a video going into details (in the works as we speak) 😊 I firmly believe if you can stay with parents, for as long as you need to, do so. 🫶 I’ll be sure to shout you out in my video answering the masters degree question. That’s a good one!
Not eat an apple juice
Next make some comedy video miss deemaris desperate to pee
How long are you thinking of leaving your dog in a cage? So depressing leaving them in a cage.
Aww, 🥰 thanks for caring so much about my dog! He stays in the cage while I’m at work & then the rest of the day/night he is able to roam freely at home! We do this for safety purposes as he is an older dog and can get stuck in certain areas while we’re not home. 💛
Yes, I understand the situation. My terrier got to 17 years old before needing to stay in a crate. She started to need the toilet very regularly, that was my reason for needing one, with my landlord. Didn't enjoy leaving the house with her in a crate though. Felt so guilty. @@theegenzteacher
@@Hen9207 that’s completely understandable… I do feel guilt as well!
