bursts are fine, bursts that use super meter are not fine. tvc is super boring and dry because you should always mega crash if you get hit while having 2 meters

tvc's zero is like mvc3's zero .
basically, i'm trying to say that i don't disagree with you, but the way tvc handled bursts was way too far in the other direction
