Minor correction, but if I'm not wrong. Those with heavenly restriction are able to perceive curses. Maki only required the glasses before her awakening
They can't see them but can sense them. But since Mai was maki's sister after her death she can see them meanwhile toji can't.

Also they have nearly the same heavenly restrictions with one key difference maki had a sister that retained her cursed energy all be it low. When she died all that Mai had was transferred to maki except her cursed technique. It is all in the fandom. Also maki trained in with the sumo guy to train her senses she is basically having Byakugan right now 360 vision just from the pressure of air. At least that is how I understood that part of the chapter.
I believe Miguel actually burned the entire technique endowed in the rope away in his fight with Gojo. Gojo destroyed the inverted spear of heaven.

@Fan-bx6tv Cursed tools are only objects imbued with a special ability through various means. Its similar to how regular weapons can be imbued with Cursed Energy to make them more lethal. Sure they might be a little more durable but they aren't unbreakable. Yuji broke Slaughter demon training with Nobara and when Toji resurrected through seance he broke the ends of playful cloud by sharpening them against each other.
Ok again I said regular means meaning getting destroyed by a curse doesn’t count and the playful cloud’s ends should have the same durability u just supported my idea more
Recently, it was revealed that Ino took Nanami's blade. And apparently, the blade had been imbued with Nanami's CT, so it had the same effects as Ratio even after his death (the 7:3 ratio thing)

Playful Cloud DOES have a special effect. Its damage and power increase exponentially with its user's physical power, not their cursed energy. This is stated outright. This means that someone like Kiyotaka and Yuji could swing Playful Cloud at a target with the EXACT same about of force but because Yuji is innately stronger than Kiyotaka Playful Cloud will hit harder with his blow than the Vice Principal's. Now add that to the fact that Yuji HAS more physical power so he CAN swing Playful Cloud a lot harder than Kiyotaka ever could and you should see why it was stated in the manga that Playful Cloud was the perfect weapon for Toji. Not only was he able to get far more power out of it than anyone else on the planet but he was also able to get a tool that got stronger as he did.

I thought Nanami’s weapon didn’t become a cursed tool until Nanami died and it inherited his ratio technique.
2:10 So spoilers on when we see Nanami’s weapon reappear in the manga.
While being used by Takuma Ino (the auspicious beasts guy who was with Nanami at the start of Shibuya) he uses the weapon in a JJK jumping attack on Sukuna and when the blade makes contact with Sukuna’s arms Gege had the 7 to 3 illustrated in the background and the attack actually does a little damage. So sorta hints his technique got ingrained to the weapon.

Why is the Inverted Spear of Heaven the best?
1. It looks like a cool dagger.
2. It literally managed to put Gojo in a near-death state and could kill him even in the modern time at his pinnacle of strength.
3. The way its ability can be used as a form of both putting people into vulnerability as well as defence is wild. I didn't know the Spear nullified Reversal Red in Gojo's fight.

I would assume that weapons like Miwas Blades,yutas katana or mei meis axe arent really cursed tools. Since they dont have any special ability there would be no reason for them to use them since unlike Maki they can just infuse their own cursed energy into normal weapons to make the usable against curses
I think curses have to be killed by cursed energy to be exorcised, right? So they have to be cursed tools or they wouldn't do anything. Even if they weren't, cursed tools are created by the repeated infusion of cursed energy into a weapon, so every besides maki would be using cursed tools due to repeated usage
@@ThisIsChris-Anime well yeah but a sorceror can infuse into things he holds. In Yuta vs Yuji fight for example yuji grabs a random knife he finds in a car and then proceeds to use it by infusing it with his own cursed energy so it doesnt break. (Chapter 141)
And yeah doing that is what leads to normal weapons becoming cursed tools but we dont really know how long someone would need to use a weapon so it has cursed energy permanently imbedded into it instead of actively having to do that.
For example the reason Miwas sword broke so easily against Hanami might be because when Maki is wielding it it becomes just a normal Katana since she cant infuse it with her own CE like Miwa does
Playful Cloud is my favorite Cursed Tool. I like those types of weapons. But not only that, it’s affect is cool. Think of it as a weapon that scales in Strength in a rpg like Dark Souls.

I think it’s possible for nanamis blade to have a cursed technique since he was imbedding his curse into it constantly which is how cursed tools are created

One thing I wish was explained was what are the ranks of the other curse tools cause we only know the grade of special grade tools
Nanami's blunt blade has his CT imbued in it, it was shown in the manga when Ino used it

while its not one used in the show or manga when maki is explaining cursed tools in the anime theres a small scene of cursed tools like inverted spear of heaven, various katanas, spears, playful cloud, and most interestingly a whole ass m1 garand. now idk if it actually exists in the show but considering it was shown on a scene with other cursed tools confirmed to exist, maybe the zenin or jujutsu high really has a garand as a cursed tool in their storehouses

We see Nanami's blade again in ch 246, imbued with his cursed technique and is used by Ino to fight against Sukuna alongside everyone
We actually don't know if Nanomi used a blunt blade because he kept it wrapped. He could have just as easily used an actual blade that was forged with a blunt edge like what they use for cosplay or sparring and it would have worked just as well with his ratio technique. Keeping the blade wrapped implies that he has an actual sharpened edge on his blade that he was protecting. Its possible he had another restriction that he placed on himself, similar to his overtime, that made it so he would only unwrap the blade against REALLY powerful enemies and thus greatly increase his powers. Unfortunately, the only time we ever saw him against such opponents was when he was against the disaster curses. Mahito was outright immune to Nanomi's powers while the only time he fought Jogo and Dagon he was being jumped by all three so Nanomi would have never really had an opportunity to even try breaking out a trick like that.

Maybe not Yuta's cursed tool, but I doubt a weapon used by mei mei for years wouldn't become a cursed tool. It's stated in the manga that if you imbue an object with cursed energy for long enough it will become a cursed tool

I’m sorry but the Inverted spear of heaven is not the strongest. It’s cool but context matters, the only reason it did anything to Gojo, is because it a sneak attack. Yes it “Blocked” the red but Toji was bleeding from the head and sent through a building still. Once it’s cool at first glance but split soul or play cloud got it beat.

If we’re to assume that Yuta and Miwa’s katanas as well as mei mei’s axe are all cursed weapons, why not extend that to every other weapon wielded by a sorcerer that isn’t explicitly stated not to be a cursed tool? By that principal maki’s father’s sword, nobara’s hammer and nails as well as kamo’s bow and arrows are also all cursed tools.

well, actually depends, if you take a normal Katana and you use it in fight imbuing your cursed energy into it then no, that's just a normal weapon reinforced with cursed energy, the equivalent of a regular rock being imbued with cursed energy, but if you take a normal weapon and imbue CE little by little over a certain period of time then the weapon will absorb that, like a sponge let's say, and become a some sort of cursed tool, a pseudo that is not officially listed as one just like Yuta's katana and probably also Nanami's sword and Mei Mei's Axe.
