Ed has grown on me so much. I listen to a good amount of speakers but his energy and passion is almost unmatched. I love how he connects with everyone by humbling himself and not speaking down on anyone but just keeping it real. Iâve been following you for a while now Ed, but your metaphor about meeting the person God gave us the potential to be is by far the best and most genuine inspiration someone could offer. Itâs like the parable of the talents. Iâm too often guilty of burying my talents but you are someone who calls me out on that and convicts me to use them. Thatâs why one of my goals by the time Iâm 26 is to positively impacted 1,000,000 people. I donât want to see people later when I meet God that I could have had a positive impact on and I missed my chance. God bless you Ed.

I need to make 3:26 to 5:14 my daily alarm, ring tone, and to randomly go off throughout the day. I have a ton of potential and am even successful by many standards. Yet I find myself being "too damned casual" frequently and then being disappointed in my growth. It's 100% me. But I just allow myself to be too distracted.
This part of the video sounds like he knows me personally and just crushed me at lunch. I need a friend like Ed. Most of my friends are actually not quite as successful and may be reluctant to call me on my own crap.
