The difference is just some insignificantly minor word ending, like you say -oglu in not-so-Greek names instead of -idis or -opoulos. *And of course they talk about the same tribe in the same geographical region.* "Albanian" etymogically derives far back, an exonym, from *albus* which means "white" referring to the snow-capped Dinaric mountains of course.
