Tento koncept nie je vhodný pre Trial truck. Má nedostatky:
1.) Otvorené nápravové diferenciály nie sú vhodné pre trial truck. Ak pri prechode nerovným terénom sa koleso nejakej nápravy nadvihne do vzduchu, alebo dôjde k jeho preklzu z dôvodu straty gripu, otvorené diferenciály na nápravách spôsobia presun celej hnacej sily nápravy na koleso vo vzduchu a koleso, ktoré má grip zostane stáť.
2.) Pohon kolies na polosiach cez CV-jointy spôsobí kvôli veľkému sklonu polosi ich veľké namáhanie a prelomenie. CV jointy sú vhodné u Lega do max uhla 25°. Potom aj samotným ich trením uberajú z výkonu, ktorý sa má preniesť. Odporúčam live axle/tuhú nápravu.
3.) Odporúčam použiť nápravové redukcie, ktoré znížia pôsobiace sily v pohonnom ústrojenstve a takisto znížia tlaky na CV alebo Universal jointy na polosiach. Kolesové redukcie dokážu zväčšiť silu a moment na kolese aj 3x, čo je pri Trial truckoch žiadúce.
4.) Odporúčam nahradiť 210 gramový battery box, 70 gramovou LiPo nabíjateľnou batériou, ktorá ušetrí 140 g (!!!) a takisto dovoľuje prenášať vyššie prúdy, ktoré nastávajú pri väčších zaťaženiach motorov v teréne.
5.) Oceňujem custom pneumatiky, ktoré sú základ priľnavosti a gripu. Lego pneumatiky sa nechytajú.
6.) Stredový diferenciál je uzatvárateľný? Ak áno je to plus, ale pre Trial trucky zbytožné. Tu sa oceňuje každé ušetrenie hmotnosti, takže odporúčam pevné prepojenie.
7.) Je polos presne v strede zavesenia kolies a je rovnobežná? Nutnosť. Radšej vycentrovať a použiť Universal jointy namiesto CV-jointov. U-jointy dokážu preniesť sily až do uhla 45°. :)
I built this from this video. The one problem is that the axles keep popping out like they cant handle the torque from 2 XL motors - any advice appreciated.
There is sometimes problem between motors and central differential (you can try to change motor holder). Or could be problem with u-joints (c-joints). Or try to fit shorter axles between differentials and wheels.
Of Course the simplest way is to fit engines directly to the wheels, without any gear wheels, but I prefere one central motor unit, and there is ussualy problem to transform motor power to the wheels...
What lego sets do I need, to build this? :) Looks awesome!
No specific set, there are bricks from many different models. Ideal is to buy necessary parts on the Bricklink.com.

I did not tried it in snow, but I think it could.
tracks work better in snow. it might not work as well. yo should use tracks instead if you wanted to build something to go in snow because it's not a smooth hard surface for wheels.

Děkuji za obsáhlý komentář - stále se učím. Bateriový box mám pouze tento a je opravdu hodně těžký. Brzy by měl dorazit BuWizz, měl by ušetřit prostor i hmotnost.
