    I wrote Byron at the above Oklahoma shop he owns and operates and got a terrific reply from him full of humour, insight, and some good musical tips too. He is a totally cool dude if you ask me. Which, I admit, no one did...

      Yes, I took classes with him in 07 at Rocky Mountain Fiddle Camp, it was super fun and we had a good laugh.

    I like how Berline strummed his fiddle...who woulda thought you could strum a fiddle. Very cool. Fretmentor, thanks for working to bring these guys to West Palm in January. Can't wait to attend that workshop.

    Fiddle & mandolin are same. EADG strings. One just has frets and is only picked. That may be his 5 string fiddle Byron is playing.
