Excellent recording I love Poncho. This sounds like one of the best recordings of him and it is live. Wow. The separation on the frequencies of the 3 Congas and between Saxophone, Trumpet and Trombone had me wanting to dance right away! The Bongos were even distinctive! This QSC QSC TouchMix-30 Pro digital mixer product will be looked into for my musician friends! I will try and get the recording somehow?

AMOR AL TAMBOR ... ESE ES PONCHO.
Una de las cosas que ayuda a un solo de percusión es "la cama" que te hace el pianista y el bajo cambiando el montuno con que vienen tocando el tema y metiendo uno al momento del solo, en eso la banda de Poncho es especialista, en realzar el sabor del tema al momento del solo... eso es algo que no hace todo el mundo, por eso todos los solos de Poncho suenan tan sabrosos!
