It’s because before the fast and furious Paul wasn’t a well known actor. He was in so many films - but almost undetectable until you rewatch it after the fast and furious release.

The Wedding Singer is such a classic. My wife and I actually walked out of our wedding to Adam Sandler's "Grow Old With You" after we were pronounced husband and wife.
I was in HS when Clueless aired and it just grabbed my attention. RIP to Brittany Murphy (her death really shocked me because of how young she still was). I normally can't stand Rom-Coms, but Clueless is one of those exceptions, I love it! I also had no idea that the movie was based on Jane Austen's Emma.
"10 Things I Hate About You" has so many great lines - "I could look into that", "Are there sheep?", "I'm back in the game!', "...meaningless consumer driven lives", "hates me with the fire of a thousand suns", "black panties!" and "Oops!"
" I know you can be overwhelmed, and you can be underwhelmed, but can you ever just be whelmed?" "I think you can in Europe."
I love the Frank and Beans, I never would have guessed the movie, if not for the hair gel! 😂🤣

Favorite 90's Rom-Com definitely goes to 10 Things I Hate About You. Probably one of my favorite 50 of all time...at least in the 100. Gotta say though, I was surprised to not see a Clue from My Best Friend's Wedding or a Pillow or a train for While You Were Sleeping. Nevertheless, very fun episode.

What's funny to me is I forget how many high school romcoms in the 90s were just high school retellings of classic literature!! 10 things I hate about you was The Taming of the Shrew, Clueless was Emma, and She's all that was Pygmalion (or as most people know it, My Fair Lady)... everytime I remember that I crack up.
yeah but they made it fun and relatable to some degree... now all they do is reboot or remake movies and spit out superhero stuff.

Fun, and very embarrassing fact of my high school years, we were asked in drama club to pick a monologue (preferably an internal monologue) from a movie. they said any movie, as long as it was no older than the 90s, so I chose Clueless because it was my favorite movie. I happened to have a boyfriend named Josh. It was meant to be. I didn't even have to study the monologue. The day I was supposed to do the monologue, literally between classes (he was headed to lunch, I was headed to Drama), Josh, who knew what my monologue was, dumped me. So I had to give that entire monologue fighting tears. But I got a 98 on it 😅

This was so fun! The pairings were great. Probably the best I've seen. I didn't see my favorite mentioned - "When Harry Met Sally" but it brought back so many great memories. I use to go to the movies every Friday. I think I've seen every movie mentioned with the exception of The Wedding Banquet. I've never even heard of it. RIP Paul Walker and Heath Ledger.

I don’t ever recall seeing the previews for Clueless, I just remember going to blockbuster in 95’, I was 10, to get a movie for a sleepover. I went for Now and Then and came across Clueless. Thought it looked like a good sleepover movie and got it too. 2 of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Clueless is my all time favorite movie! 🤣

Great episode, I'm shocked by how many movies I recognized.
That was fun. I got 6 out of 12 guesses before hearing their guesses but I had to pause the video so I wouldn't hear the other guesses first. 4 of the remaining 6 I would have gotten by the second clue if others hadn't guessed first. That Wedding Banquet one I have never even heard of....
