Wah kya bat he mouth watering
Before: chill whipped cream and blender in fridge in advance. 1. Cut 4 very ripe ataulfo mangoes. 2. Puree in blender. 3. Add 2 tbsp sugar. 3. In half cup water, put 2 tsp unflavored halal gelatin (eg rosmoor brand). 4. Add gelatin water to mango puree and blend once. 5. Use electric beater to whip 2 cups chilled heavy whipping cream. 6. Add 8 tbsp (1/2 cup) condensed milk. Lightly beat it again. 7. Get the dessert glasses and fill them halfway with mango puree. Do not use all the mango puree. 8. Take out 3 blobs of whipped cream and reserve. 9. Fold remaining whipped cream in mango mixture. 10. Use rubber spatula or piping bag to add the mango cream mixture to each glass. 11. Take a ziploc bag, place in a glass, and then put the reserved whipped cream inside the ziploc. Cut off a corner. 12. Draw the cream in a circular pattern on each glass. 13. Garnish with diced mango and crushed pistachio. 14. Refrigerate to set.
