Hi booked the Lady Hamilton side, beachfront oceanside for September. My son in law his name is Cody as well. lol. I was there 11 years ago and loved it now i am bringing my husband but we are retired, i hope we love it.
I’m begging you please please go to the Excellence oyster Bay resort next time. The rooms are so superior. The food is superior. The beach is superior. Everything is better for the same price. Again, I’m begging you please please go to the Excellence Oyster bay resort. That room was horrible compared to what you find at Excellence. The mini bars are always full. You get bottles of liquor in the room. The amenities are outstanding. And all the rooms have a hot tub. In any event, have a great time wherever you decide to go
Those switches are nothing like UK switches 😂 They caught us out the first night until we sussed that there are two master switches that cut the power to everything. On closer inspection it even says "Master Switch" and on them.

The lady Hamilton side is nice as well we had a chance to see some of the rooms and it’s also very spacious with large jet tubs.

The ceiling fan is controlled by a wall switch, in line with the lights.

How much was the upgrade??
I believe it was an extra $80 a night or so
