First off, I love heart shaped diamonds and gemstones. Second, you are correct - an engagement ring represents a promise to marry and whoever breaks that promise loses the ring. That does hold up in court by the way.

Hi guys,if he calls it off he might want it back,but if you call it off,you lose it,but usually your intitaled to it.
If he breaks it off, he has no legal right to get it back and if he goes to court he will lose 99% of the time. The only time I heard of a man getting it back after he broke off the engagement was because the ring was a family heirloom and the judge felt bad for him. She even told him not to give that ring to a woman again because another judge might not let him have it back since he broke the verbal contract. If a man is smart, he should put it in writing with both signing it that if the engagement is called off by either party, the ring goes back to him since he paid for it. But then, most women would most likely tell him to get lost. lol

Why are you lying to us? Rounds diamonds do NOT look the biggest... "fancy"/elongated shapes have a larger face up surface area per carat than round. Round is also more expensive, maybe that's why you're trying to trick people into buying them.
The only benefit to round is there is no bowtie effect.
