- I loved cutting into these 5 Malawi agates! I used my 6" Hi Tech Diamond saw to cut these Malawi agates, they were all beautiful in their own right, but there were a few that were over the top! I ended up taking all 5 agates and polishing them on my 8" Cabking, with the REZ wheels, and they all got amazingly mirrored polished!

I use a faceting machine with a 600 grit lap for getting scratches out before I go on to the soft wheels on my Cab King.

I think my favorite is the sort of greenish one at 6:18. The center has such depth. It looks like the center is in a soft taco shell. Your blue one is pretty, too. To me, the one with the tiny geode didn't improve with polishing. I don't know why; it just looks crushed. The stone is small. Maybe it would look better to me if I could get a closer look.

I wish i could share pix on here because i found a stud at the river i live on along the southern Oregon coastal mountain range! I need to find someone to polish it for me since i cant afford a polishing system yet... i love your videos and the stuff you find/cut is always just phenomenal!

Relating to the larger size agates, etc. Have you ever cut any and been disappointed, then cut the same again in a different direction / location and got the result you had hoped for, aka, a better cut than the original? Have a good weekend / week :)
