    Can you lose 100 pounds on Weight Watchers? Absolutely! Weight Watchers was an integral part of my weight loss journey to lose 100 pounds, offering me structure and accountability while still letting me eat the foods I loved. But you have to work the plan. There are things that you can do to be more successful and achieve your weight-loss goals.
    My 5 tips for losing 100 pounds on Weight Watchers:
    Trust the plan
    Track your food
    Be patient
    Be open to new foods

    Yes! Stop mixing amd matching. I say, put your blinders on, commit to ONE thing and go. It's a journey, absolutely. Take what you learn about your body from each attempt and make decisions from there. I left WW despite successful weight loss, I was too impatient and didn't appreciate what the point system was trying to teach me. Here I am close to 2 years later after attempting paleo, keto, fasting, shake replacements, the lot! I am back to WW, because I was the most CONSISTENT and I was happiest. The kicker is, had I just stayed put with WW I would be at my goal by now!!!

    With WW I lost 25 lbs. It took 10 months. Some weeks were .5. But I GOT there. No quick fix. Exercise and lifestyle changes. The biggest change? Portion sizes. WW works.

    You're right, it took me 52 weeks to lose 52 pounds. Then another two months to reach my lifetime goal with WW.

    Such a good point. I can splurge for high point foods here and there and lean on my zero point foods for my other meals

    Honestly I made the same comment to my most liked weight watcher leader EVER and I never meant it as a slam. She had passed around a picture of her before picture for the class to see and I couldn’t believe it was the same person. She wasn’t offended at all. I certainly wasn’t belittling her when I made the comment . I think we have a tendency to overthink things and assume what people’s intentions are.

    Great Advice! Since I've recently joined WW, I've been twisting myself into pretzels trying to follow Keto rules along with WW and have been making myself crazy. I've taken your advice about trying new foods and realized that my palate has changed and things I wouldn't have eaten before are great when I revisit them. Love your new content and will keep watching!

    This video was so great!! I hate call in 2008 and promptly got pregnant! Over the past 12 years I did an OK job of maintaining however with death in the family, life stresses, and finally Covid I got on the scale in January to discover I am back at my starting weight from 2006!! So I have 70 pounds to get back off! It is crazy how the little habits get forgotten and you just start falling into old habits! Just started back on WW thank God no more paper trackers!! And I am going the route with no meetings so this video was very encouraging! I hope to find more from you! Thank you for being honest and real!!😍

    I agree the key is finding the foods you LOVE. When this happens it’s not a diet and then there is no struggle. I discovered I loved the baked potatoes with sour cream and chives from Wendy’s with the chilli on top. Now I make my own baked potatoes at home and my own chicken chilli and eat it with sour cream and fresh chives. It is so yummy and filling. This chilli I make at home and the baked potato are zero point foods on the purple plan. I only need to count what I put on top such as the sour cream. The WW plan is fantastic. I eat foods all day everyday that I didn’t think I was supposed to eat but on WW purple plan these forbidden foods are zero points. It makes me so happy. I eat oatmeal, fruit and popcorn. It’s so satisfying. It’s not about restriction. It’s about eating. I put lots of veggies in my chilli too in order to bulk it up and get different veggies into my body.

    I am gland I watched your video. I was dissecting my pizza for it to be fewer points. In the beginning I was not doing that and I lost 30 lbs, but when I hit a slump and began to gain the weight back, I got discouraged and started dissecting foods. I will go back to straight tracking and see if I get back on track. I would love to loose 100 lbs.

      Tracking for me is so key. It keeps me accountable to myself. I made a turkey pepperoni pizza in the WW app. It was so delicious and 7 points.!

    Wow you totally have some reserved weight issues or disappointments in your life you need to deal with...it screams out with your dialog and subtle hints about comments on your weight loss. Maybe therapy can help ya.
