Correct me if I'm mistaken but I think that Finland uses just one growl. I've never heard that whistle or the second growl in any videos and I don't remember hearing it live.

This is the official file played at IIHF tournaments. The second one just isn’t heard because of crowd
@@NotSoFamousGoalHorns Ok. But you'd think that it could be heard in atleast some videos. The same whistle can be heard later in the song. I've even checked the game highlights during Covid and only one crowl can be heard. 🤷🏻♂️
