This is a new update since I made the video.
I have mentioned in the video that their only branch is in Abu dhabi but at the moment, they are planning to open a new branch at the mall of Emirates in Dubai. I also mentioned that to send money to your account through money exchange offices, 21 aed was charged. Today, they no longer charge such fees. you can deposit your money without having to worry about paying such fees. Thanks

You can apply if you have a residence permit since applying for it is mainly online based. You can't apply if you do not have a residence permit

Presently there is no charges in making deposit into your account via Al Ansari as I deposited recently and there was no charges

I uses Al Ansari exchange to send before. You can contact the bank on Instagram or phone to ask for more exchange centers. But I am sure of Al Ansari cos I used it before. All the best 👍
But the bank cant be access if you travelled outside of uae and you can get your bank statement on time you need to wait before you can get your bank statement

That is the app you need to activate your ATM . If you are still confused, chat them up on Instagram and they can also give you a number on Instagram to call directly. They will help you and tell you what to do . They respond to people very well

Got me thinking regarding their working time updated on their website 8am to 5pm from monday to Friday but I'm gonna try again tomorrow on time thanks for this update I'll update here back if I'm done ✅ like activated banking with them fr
It is still available. Do it again . You may not be doing something right. Read the comments on this video, you will see that some Nigerians have successfully done their. And it has nothing to do with the time they open or close cos it's an app and can function anytime of the day . If you have some questions, you can also find them on Instagram, they reply fast and help you. You can even call them they will direct you in areas you have problems. I am not sure you watched the video till the end cos I mentioned all these in there. Thanks
